Almost a lifelong resident of Orlando, Bill graduated from Orlando Boone High School before attending Florida State University, where he graduated with a degree in Economics in 1987.

After obtaining a Real Estate Salesman license in 1991, Bill began his real estate career at the Orange County Property Appraisers office. In 2008, Bill left his position at OCPA as a residential analyst to become a fee appraiser in the private sector, forming Market Value Appraisals.

Over the years, Bill has assembled a portfolio of residential rental properties in downtown Orlando, which he owns and manages. The goal is to buy property that has clear potential that is not being realized, maximize the property efficiency and hold.

Bill lives in Belle Isle with his wife and daughter.  A former president of the Seminole Club of Greater Orlando, the Florida State Seminoles are dear to Bill's heart.  The Kansas City Royals, Nebraska Cornhuskers and the NFL's Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers are other teams Bill is a fan of, as are the roaring engines of NASCAR. Bill also enjoys investing and keeping up with political, economic and real estate markets.
